The idea behind it is to create a collaborative office community environment that provides high quality infrastructure to young aspiring professionals in the field of Information Technology, Design, Social Media or any other technology or creative industry.

A dedicated desk is one to call your own. You are still in the open atmosphere of the Locus Quo community, but you don’t have to worry about someone snatching your desk the next day because this desk is assigned solely for your use. If you provide first and last months membership fee, the dedicated desk is all yours on a month-to-month basis.
A private office within our community is the most deluxe package we have to offer. You get your own permanent space that is enclosed for you and 2 or 3 of your staff. The quiet private space is great for your growing business, but you still get all of the benefits by being within our community! A private office has more commitment than any of our other offerings. We require first and last months rent, and 6 months commitment to the space.
A hot desk is a desk that is shared and not assigned to any particular individual in our community. Essentially, you are not guaranteed the same desk on a daily basis, but that’s okay! Our hot desk users are primarily daily and weekly members of our Locus Quo community. A hot desk is great for a brand new startup because there are literally no financial obligations. You just pay for the time you actually use the desk.
Whether you are a hot desk user, or a private office user, everyone needs a place to conduct meetings, which is why we have our “Bullpen” meeting room. It is fully equipped with a 42″ LCD TV, DVD player, Projector and projection screen, conference table and phone. Our meeting space is on a “first come, first serve” basis and the scheduling is handled by a member populated calendar. This calendar will show you when the meeting space is available for your next hot pitch to potential investors or a monthly staff meeting.
Sometimes you just need a place to work for a couple hours and the local coffee shop or your hotel room isn’t cutting it. Locus Quo offers drop in sessions on an hourly basis. This is ideal for very short-term users, and users that are just starting out and getting their feet wet to see what it feels to work in an open collaborative environment. Pricing is by the hour.
